A 15-minute conversation

Let's see if AI is the right tool for what you're trying to fix.

Here's what lands on your phone — by day 14

A working tool.
Not a slide deck.

Two weeks after our first call, you'll have something real. Running on your data. Doing the work it was built for. Not a Figma mockup, not a phase-one roadmap — an actual tool, in your hands, doing its job.

A Slack or text alert when something needs you
A short walkthrough video so anyone on your team can run it
Your tool — owned by you. Code, account access, the keys.

Who we work with

You're running a real business. You don't have time to learn AI from scratch.

We work with established service businesses — typically $1M to $5M in revenue. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, roofing, agencies, professional services. Owner-led companies with a small team, a steady book of work, and a growing pile of work that should be running on autopilot.

If any of these sound like you, this page is for you.

"Leads come in but we don't follow up fast enough."

You know every hour matters. You just don't have someone watching the inbox at 8 PM on Tuesday.

"I'm the bottleneck on too many things."

Quotes, approvals, scheduling, follow-ups — everything routes through you. The business stops growing when you stop typing.

"I know AI could help. I just don't know where to start."

You've tried ChatGPT a few times. You're not going to read 40 hours of tutorials. You want someone to just tell you what to do.

"I can't drop $50k on something that might not work."

Fair. We start small — a project that pays for itself fast — and only grow from there if it earns it.

What we do

We find the work eating your week. Then we automate it.

Most "AI" you see online is a chatbot with a monthly fee. What we build is different. We sit down with you, find one or two specific things that drain your team's time every week, and build a simple, reliable tool that does that work — so your people are free to do the work that actually grows the business.

Lead & sales follow-up

Stop losing jobs because no one replied in time.

An assistant that catches every quote request, books the call, and keeps the lead warm — at 7 AM, at 9 PM, on weekends. So you stop losing $5k jobs to whoever called back first.

  • Instant reply on every form, email, or call
  • Quote drafted and ready for your review
  • Auto follow-up if they go quiet
  • Notes pushed straight to your CRM

Behind-the-scenes work

Take the paperwork off your team.

Invoices, receipts, intake forms, scheduling — the boring, repetitive stuff your team spends half their day on. We hand it off to a system that does it the same way, every time.

  • Invoice and receipt processing
  • Job intake and scheduling
  • Approvals routed to your phone
  • Data synced across your tools automatically

Know what's actually happening

One clear update every morning.

No more digging through five tools to figure out where things stand. Every morning, you get a short text or email that tells you exactly what's going on — and what needs your attention today.

  • Daily snapshot of jobs, leads, and cash
  • Alerts when something needs you
  • Job-profitability and review tracking
  • Sent to your phone, not buried in a dashboard

Customer experience

Never let another call go to voicemail.

A friendly AI receptionist that picks up, books appointments, answers the easy questions, and routes the urgent stuff to a real person. Sounds natural. Trained on your business.

  • Answers calls and books appointments
  • Handles common questions in your voice
  • Sends a follow-up text after every job
  • Asks happy customers for reviews

What you've heard about AI

  • Six-month contracts and big retainers
  • Consultants in suits with 80-page decks
  • Jargon-filled meetings that go nowhere
  • "Enterprise pricing" for a small business
  • A platform you have to learn to use

What we actually do

  • Projects start at $1,500. No long contracts.
  • A 15-minute call with a real person, not a sales team
  • Plain English. We tell you if AI isn't the right answer.
  • We build it, we hand you the keys, you own it
  • You don't manage it. It just runs.

Real examples

Here's what we've built for businesses like yours.

None of these are fancy. They're small, practical tools that quietly pay for themselves every month. Most cost between $1,500 and $6,000 to build.

01 Plumbing · 7 trucks · Round Rock, TX $1.6M annual revenue

After-hours lead-catcher

Owner-led shop, no after-hours dispatcher. Web forms and missed calls coming in after 5 PM sat in a queue until morning. By then, half the prospects had already booked with whoever called them back first.

Before

~30% of after-hours leads lost to faster competitors. Mornings started with a queue of cold leads.

After

Every form & missed call answered in under two minutes — booked, or held warm — 24/7. Owner reviews bookings in the morning.

Dollar impact

~$14,000/month in jobs recovered that used to go to whoever called back first.

$2,400one-time build · 11 days
02 Residential cleaning · 14 employees $1.8M annual revenue

Review-request follow-up

Owner knew Google reviews drove leads but couldn't reliably ask for them. Field crews would forget; the owner felt awkward following up days later. The flow only fired when she remembered — which was rarely.

Before

7 Google reviews total. Field crews marked customers happy, but no one followed up. Average rating: 4.5.

After

Personalized text fires automatically after every "happy customer" check. Owner approves first 10 monthly to keep voice right; rest run on rails.

Dollar impact

First-page Google ranking in service area within 90 days. ~22% lift in inbound leads attributed to Google traffic.

03 HVAC contractor · Austin, TX $2.4M annual revenue

Voice receptionist + quote drafter

Two missed calls per day, on average. Owner was the only quote writer — typed every estimate from scratch in the truck, late at night. The bottleneck on growth wasn't field work, it was admin work.

Before

~2 missed calls/day going to voicemail. Owner spent 8–10 hours/week writing quotes after-hours.

After

AI receptionist answers, books, and drafts a rough estimate for owner review. Owner approves 8–10 drafts in the morning over coffee.

Dollar impact

~5 hrs/week reclaimed (now field time, not desk time) + zero missed-call churn.

04 Landscaping · 22 crew · Central TX $3.2M annual revenue

Morning operations brief

Five different tools to check before 8 AM: CRM, scheduling app, accounting, Slack, email. Owner was opening his laptop in bed just to know what the day looked like. Quality of life was sliding.

Before

30+ minutes every morning, across 5 tools, before he could see the day. Started the day reactive, not proactive.

After

One text at 6 AM: today's jobs, crew assignments, callbacks needed, yesterday's revenue. Reads it over coffee. Done.

Dollar impact

Owner reports this is the single biggest quality-of-life change he's made in five years of running the business.

What owners say

Operators talking about what actually worked.

"I was honestly scared of AI — figured it'd be way over my head. Ricky walked us through it like a normal conversation, no jargon. Two weeks later we had a tool catching after-hours leads. Closed three extra jobs the first week. Easiest yes I've made in years."

Mike T. — Owner HVAC company · Austin, TX · $2.4M revenue
One Quick Win build · $4,800 · live in 14 days · now on month-3 retainer

"Two other firms quoted us $40k and six months for an AI rollout. Turnkey AI did the first version for $2,800 in twelve days. It's been running four months without a hiccup. We've since added a second one."

Dakota R. — Director of Ops Residential cleaning · $1.8M revenue · 14 employees

From the founder

I built this for owners like you. Because I am one.

I spent eight years inside service businesses — bookkeeping firms, contractors, agencies — before starting this. I've watched too many smart owners get pitched $50k "AI transformation" deals by consultants who couldn't tell a job-cost report from a wiring diagram. That's not what this is.

We're a small team. We do real work. We tell you the truth — even when it costs us the project. The reason this works is simple: we listen first, we build small, and we let the results decide what comes next.

What you'll get from me on the first call:

  • An honest answer in 10 minutes — does AI fit the problem, or does it not?
  • A real number — what it'd cost, what it'd take, who'd do it.
  • Zero pitch — no slide deck, no discovery process, no "let me get you on with our solutions team."

— Ricky West, Founder

Common questions

The stuff owners actually ask us.

Pulled from real first calls. If you've got something we haven't covered, ask on the call — or email Ricky.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a chat window. You have to remember to open it, paste in context, and ask the right question. The tools we build are integrated — they live inside the workflows you already have. A new lead comes in, the tool answers it. A receipt hits your inbox, the tool categorizes it. You don't open anything. You don't prompt anything. It just runs.

Do I need someone technical on my team to run it?

No. We design every build so a non-technical owner can use it day-to-day. If anything needs attention, it sends you a Slack message or text. We also record a walkthrough video so anyone on your team — even someone hired six months from now — can learn it in 15 minutes.

What happens if it breaks or makes a mistake?

Every build has approval gates wherever the stakes are real — sending a customer message, processing a payment, booking a job. The tool drafts; you approve. For the first 30 days after launch, we monitor it daily and fix anything that drifts. After that, you can keep us on retainer (from $750/mo) or take it fully in-house — your call.

Is my customer data safe?

Short answer: yes. Your data stays in your tools (QuickBooks, your CRM, your inbox). We don't move it to some shared platform. The AI providers we use (OpenAI, Anthropic) have business-grade contracts that prohibit training on your data. We sign an NDA before we start, and we're happy to walk through the data flow on the first call.

What if AI isn't the right answer for my problem?

We'll tell you. Honestly — most of our first calls end with us saying "you don't need AI for that, you need a better process" or "this is a $200 Zapier zap, not a $5k build." We make our money on great fits, not by selling everyone an automation. The 15-minute call is free either way.

Do I have to switch any of the tools I'm already using?

Almost never. We build on top of what you already use — QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Jobber, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Outlook, whatever. The goal is to make your existing stack smarter, not give you another platform to learn.

How long does it actually take?

Most first projects: 1–2 weeks from kickoff to live. Bigger bundles: 2–3 weeks. You'll see progress every few days, not at the end. We don't disappear into a six-month build cycle.

What if I want to cancel or change directions?

Project work is paid 50% up front, 50% on delivery — no long contracts. If you go on retainer afterwards, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. You always own whatever we've built for you.

Tell us about the work that shouldn't be human anymore.

15 minutes. No deck. No pressure. We'll listen, ask the right questions, and tell you honestly whether AI can help — and what a first project would look like.

  • You'll talk to Ricky, our founder — not a salesperson
  • If we can't help, we'll tell you in the first 10 minutes
  • If we can, you'll leave with a clear next step
  • No follow-up emails for weeks. Promise.
